Return and Refund Policy

Overview

At Ditsem Karoo Deli, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your goods, please reach out to us at orders@ditsemkaroo.com. We will do our utmost to resolve the situation.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Your Responsibilities on Receipt of Your Order

  1. Ensure someone is present at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window to receive your order.
  2. Check the goods immediately upon receipt and notify us of any discrepancies. If no discrepancies are noted, we will consider the order as delivered correctly and in full.
  3. Refrigerate all perishable products immediately after delivery. If you claim goods are spoiled and we find that they were not refrigerated in a timely manner, we will not be responsible for a refund or replacement.
  4. If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us right away, and we will arrange for a no-charge collection and replacement.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specific number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Sale Items (If Applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at orders@ditsemkaroo.com.
