At Ditsem Karoo Deli, we take pride in ensuring your order reaches you safely and in the best possible condition. Please read the following delivery details carefully:
Nationwide Delivery: -We deliver across South Africa via The Courier Guy. -Orders are shipped from Vosburg with a lead time of 6–12 working days.
Customers will be charged the courier fee in addition to their order total.
Packaging & Handling: -Your order will be packed in a polystyrene cooler box. -Meat is frozen solid and packed with dry ice before being couriered. -Please note: the meat may be defrosted upon arrival but will remain cold.
Address Requirements: -Ensure the delivery address you provide is compliant with The Courier Guy’s delivery areas. -Alternatively, you may use a Courier Guy kiosk address. -Ditsem Karoo Deli does not take responsibility for incorrect addresses. Please double-check your details before placing an order.
